The full Reiko lineup is set up for test-sitting — from the entry-level Reiko Elite (RM299) through to the flagship Reiko Aurelia (RM1,799). That includes the full-mesh models, the fabric-cushion Elevate 30 for cold, air-conditioned offices, and our best-seller, the Ergolux.

Every chair is set up exactly as it would be at your desk — fully assembled, adjusted to a neutral starting position, and ready to sit in properly rather than just glance at.

What to Bring (and Do)

A few things make the visit more useful:

• Wear what you'd normally wear to work, or at least comfortable clothing — you'll want to actually sit and adjust the chair the way you would during a real workday, not just perch on the edge.
• Note your usual sitting complaints. If it's lower back pain, neck strain, or numb legs after long hours, mention it — our team can point you toward the models and adjustments most relevant to your specific issue rather than a generic recommendation.
• Try more than one model. The right chair often isn't the most expensive one — it's the one whose adjustment range actually matches your height and sitting habits. Comparing two or three side-by-side makes the difference obvious in a way spec sheets don't.
• Ask about the AutoFlex Lumbar System if you tend to shift positions a lot through the day — it's one of the more distinctive mechanisms in the range and worth feeling in person.
• Take your time with the recline and lumbar adjustment. These are the two features photos communicate the worst, and the two that matter most for long-term comfort.
