Yes! We offer professional installation in Klang Valley. Our team will deliver and assemble the chair at your home or office. Select this option at checkout or contact us to arrange.

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your delivery in real-time. If you have not received your tracking number within 2 working days, please contact us.

Most Reiko chairs are suitable for users between 155cm – 195cm in height. The seat height and backrest are fully adjustable to accommodate different body types. If you are unsure, contact us and we'll help you choose the right chair.

Weight capacity varies by model:

• Elite, Elevate 30, Vertex — Up to 150kg (330lbs)
• Lumos, Nova 30, Orbit, Ergolux, Aurelia — Up to 180kg (390lbs)

Yes! All Reiko chairs are designed for long hours of use, making them ideal for both office work and gaming. The high recline range (up to 145°), lumbar support, and adjustable armrests help maintain good posture during extended gaming sessions.

Most models are available in Onyx Black, Lunar Grey and Cream White. Some models may have limited colour options. Please check the individual product page for available colours.

Warranty period varies by model:

• 5-Year Warranty — Elite, Lumos, Orbit, Ergolux, Aurelia
• 3-Year Warranty — Elevate 30, Vertex, Nova 30

The warranty covers all mechanical parts and manufacturing defects.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo or video of the issue. Our team will assess the claim and arrange for a replacement part or service within 3–5 working days.

The warranty covers:

✓ Mechanical failures (gas lift, base, armrests, lumbar mechanism)
✓ Structural frame issues

The warranty does not cover:
✗ Normal wear and tear
✗ Damage caused by misuse or accidents
✗ Fabric or mesh damage from sharp objects

We accept all major payment methods including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), online banking (FPX), PayPal, and Buy Now Pay Later options via HITT Payment Gateway.

Yes! We offer 0% instalment plans via HITT Payment Gateway and PayLater by Grab. You can split your payments into monthly instalments with no interest charges.

Yes! Assembly is simple and typically takes 10–20 minutes. All necessary tools and step-by-step instructions are included in the box. No special skills required.

Yes! We offer a professional installation service in Klang Valley. Our team will deliver and assemble the chair at your preferred location. Contact us to arrange this service when placing your order.

We perform quality checks before shipping, but if you find any missing parts, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the contents. We will send replacement parts to you at no extra cost.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unassembled, and in original packaging. If your chair has a manufacturing defect, it is covered under our warranty programme. Please contact us to initiate a return.

Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. The chair must be unused and in original packaging. Additional charges may apply if there is a price difference. Please contact us on WhatsApp to arrange an exchange.

We're sorry to hear that! Please take photos or a video of the damaged item immediately and contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
